Our experience with Schaff started in January when we met with John to establish a funeral trust for my mother. He was extremely helpful with all the planning and selection process. Having the funeral trust was a huge help when my mother's death came unexpectedly in May. Schaff helped us through the unusual funeral process due to the COVID restrictions. They took care of all the details and provided a beautiful funeral experience for our family. Paul was very supportive and helpful the day of the funeral.
